Complaints and Warranty
All Blisk jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a defect is proven, you will receive a replacement item or necessary repairs. Note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.
If you receive your product dammaged , send us a photo of the item and, if it falls within the warranty period, we will promptly replace it.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and transport risks when returning items. Include your order number and name with the returned package.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and approving the returned item.

Damaged Packages
If you notice damage to your package upon delivery, report it to the delivery agent immediately and do not collect the package.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, and it appears to have occurred during transport, contact the carrier to file a damage report.
Incorrect Items Delivered
If the wrong product was delivered, contact in@bliskjewelry.com to receive a return label for the incorrect item.
